My 4T requires the choke to start and run when cold.
Runs fine when warm although can be a sod to start when hot.
Maybe too lean on the mixture or the wrong technique for starting
when hot?
Also mine drinks fuel at an alarming rate, not helped by the distance
between 4th and 5th gear!
Dixie,
recieved my 4T last week. Yes, i need the choke on to start it, also
needs to be left on for a minute or so.
Engine dies if i take the choke off too soon.
Obviously choke not need when warm.
