I'm still learning... practicing step off between 1m and 1,5m. Sometimes I land on both wheels, sometimes rear wheel first.

Hi folks, since I am new to bike trials and a bit wild I fell off a few times. Currently have fender N°3 in 2 months Fell again last week and noticed that the rear fender got kinda soft... When I make jumps from 1m (or a lil higher) my licenseplate hits my rear tire. This really started to anoy me. So I made a brace to make the rear fender a lil tougher again. It's made out of 5mm Lexan (flexible but "virtualy unbrakeable"...let's see about that) Let me know what you guys think of it. Or perhaps you guys have better solutions. GreeTZ, Peet

The complete airbox is quite expensive. So I took it apart and replaced the parts that are broken.

I have 3 spokes that are bent, 2 in the front wheel and 1 in the rear wheel. Ordered new ones online. Do I have to take the tires off? Or can I just screw the old spoke out and put the new one in?

Bit of a dissapointment... My bike is a 2006 TXT250. Bought it second hand last month. Fell last week and broke the middle exhaust. Then discoved it has a 2002 exhaust on it... It is supposed to have this swingarm: BT280212002 Saw today that it has this one: BT280412002 that's why I started this topic...wanted to know from wich bike it came from...

Everytime I go out for a ride, my licenseplate jams into my rear tire... The plate looks like crap after 3 weeks and is starting to crack... Any of you guys have a solution for this? Perhaps another plateholder? GreetZ, Peet

That's why I needed the advice from you guys. As I said, I am new to these kind of bikes. When the tensioner broke off yesterday I moved the rear wheel backwards and checked if I still had enough slack while compressing the rear shock. Anyway, ordered a new one online. Will take my CBR1000RR out for a spin today
