Hi Guy's I've completed crank and sprocket seals on the ignition side , so moved to primary side crank seals, Ive removed Fly wheel nut, but no way will that clutch centre nut move. Iv'e had a clutch holder on, tried my impact tool, large socket wrench bar, wont move. just to check, anti-clockwise to undo ? any idea's. All so the primary chain with tensioner removed, the chain will lift about 25-30 mm up with slack from the underside, is this excessive. by the way Woody, your clutch spring pin tool worked a treat Thanks

Hi Guy's, Just gone in on my M91 and replaced, mag side crank seal, and sprocket oil seal. I noticed the clutch push rod had the concaved end facing out is this right . should it be pushing on the ball bearing on the other side ?

Hi Guy's, What's the best tool or method to compress the clutch spring to remove, and reinstall the pin's. are they under a lot of tension. Ive got a Haynes Bultaco manual showing a Sammy Miller Tool for the job, probabley expensive Cheers.
  8. Hi , had a look on my Sherco. the HT lead runs round and under the fan from the left side of the bike. your fan looks about the right size to mine, but there is not alot of room for clearance. It is quite a snugg fit any how, with cables from coil pack, throtle and clutch
