Also I've fitted the clutch basket clutch ect back together but the outer part of the basket seems to have in and out movement is this normal? Many thanks

Morning all could anyone please tell me how to set up the 4 clutch springs? I know on some you tighten them all the way then back them off 4 turns but not sure about the bsa. Also should they be wired once set up? Many thanks

Wonder if anyone can help. My mate has a 2017 factory 300 and after 5/10 minutes of riding the fan cut in then will cut in and out every couple of minutes and the engine seems a bit fluffy and you seem to get a anti freeze smell. The day after the bikes been ridden if you undo the rad cap the pressure will blow it out of your hand if not careful. He has now changed the head gasket but still seems to be the same. Does anyone have any ideas. Many thanks

Hello all I'm trying to fit a lanyard to my 2017 ice hell. Bought a genuine lanyard off Vertigo but can't see where it plugs in to. I thought you would remove the original kill button and plug it straight into the loom but the plugs are different ie both females. I don't know if I've been sent the wrong lanyard. Many thanks

Hello woody. Ive fitted the modern clutch to my 325 sherpa but having problems with the clutch ie the bit is right at the end and if you try and start it 90% of the time it's like the clutch is engaged. Once running clutch feels good works well just can't adjust to biting point at all. Would you have any ideas? Many thanks

I have a BSA B40 running tiger cub wheels could anyone please tell me when they do the conversion do they use the B40 chain and sprocket or the tiger cub? It's running a DID428 chain. Many thanks

I'll order the that kit thank you. I just feel it should be changed after 2 years. Just strange Vertigo don't recommend changing or selling the filter separately. Thanks for your help that's this week and next job then ?

Hello Sherpa325 thank for the reply. I'm about 85kgs which pre load do you have as they do 2 sizes. What is the standard length of of sherpa springs? I thought they were 450mm as inmotions are 500mm.

I am thinking of trying some new fork springs to try and make the front suspension work on my 350 sherpa. I've looked at some Rockshock springs with the preload adjusters has anyone fitted these and what do you think? Many thanks

Hello paul250. What sort of job was it changing the filter?

New float arrived today and matches the original ones perfectly so thanks lads. All fitted and everything seem good. I couldn't see anything wrong with the old float but when I weighed them both the new one's were 7g Lighter than the originals so I'm thinking the old plastic ones may have absorbed some of the fuel over the years. Thanks Again For all the help and I hope I have finally got to the bottom of it ?

That float fits the 32mm and the 40mm carbs

Thanks Motovita. Where would I get one of those floats from? Inmotion said Bing floats are discontinued and any parts are really hard to find now. I don't want to change for a Mikuni but may have to.

Good afternoon. I stripped my Bing down cleaned and refitted and still leaking fuel out of both overflow pipes even then not running. I restripped and replaced the float needle valve checked floats themselves and they seem ok but still having the same problem. Spoke to inmotion and he has recommend me getting a new Mikuni 26mm what do people think? I like the way power is on the Bing tho. Many thanks

New plug fitted and after 20 minutes of kick it fired into life engine sounded sweat. It doesn't want to idle tho which one on the carb is the adjuster screw? PS thanks for all the help you lads gave me so different you my modern bike.
