  1. Just looking through the carrier bag of bits that came with mine, new sticker kit, new sprocket and some receipts from 2010 - stator and cdi unit!
  2. Why, because it is a different make to yours????
  3. The Sherco was junk so I left it. I have bought a very nice Beta rev3 250
  4. Sure did! Glad as well, I came across a very nice Beta Rev3 250 today and bought it instead
  5. Went to pick the bike up and it was a total bag of crap! Wouldn't idle, back brake not working properly and it looked like it had been abused.
  6. Hi all - if you've read my other posts then you know I'm really new to this and know nothing! I have some basic questions - that basic that some of them will surprise you... I have just bought this 2004 Sherco 125cc... 1. What fuel does it run on? Super unleaded with 80:1 fully synthetic mix? 2. When I look at bikes on the internet I sometimes see this '2T' or '4T' after it - does this mean 2 stroke and 4 stroke? 3. I also sometimes see 4.5 or 2.9 - what does this refer too?
  7. These are the only tyres, I doubt they are snow tyres as we just don't get enough snow - just a coincidence that there is snow in the pic. (I hope anyway!!!!)
  8. I bought a 2004 Sherco 125cc to get me going. Looking forward to getting out on it and having a go!
  9. Hi all, Complete newbie here. I've just bought this 2004 125cc - not even collected it yet. Can anyone tell me any thing about it from the picture? I dont even know what the mix ratio is - any advice welcome (you won't insult my inteligence!!!)
  10. This is what I am looking at - 2004 Beta Rev3
  11. Hi All, Complete newbie here - I'm about to buy a trials bike and give this a go! I'm 5'7" and about 10 1/2 stone - what size bike should I be starting with, a 125cc? or just go straight for a 250cc? I have a 650cc cruiser, so not completely new to bikes. However, when I was younger I found a CR250 was too much off road for me. (I was never an avid motocross rider anyway) Any help or advice will be appreciated.
  12. It's a 2004, but I'm wondering if I should be starting out on a 125cc?
  13. Hi everyone, I'm from East Yorkshire, not got a bike yet but looking to spend about £1000 - any suggestions? Complete beginner but I do have a road bike! (650cc)
