What Is Good Trial Picture?
I find using flash will greatly help freeze the movement, such as shown in the link provided and can give the image greater saturation. http://bytcafoto.yolasite.com/trial.php

Vented Helmets
I have a cycle helmet. I suppose just practicing on the bike a proper helmet is not really needed.

4rt Factory Front Brake
I want to replace the old grimeca master on my 2001 315. Just broke the lever and the feel of the front brakes is weak. The 4 pot caliper is fine. Is the replacement part from sandifords compatible with the hose and caliper if its for later montesa's. It costs 52.99 with postage. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MONTESA-COTA-4RT-AND-LATER-COTA-315-FRONT-BRAKE-MASTER-CYL-AND-LEVER/111158981319?_trksid=p2045573.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.CURRENT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D16581%26meid%3D1069365384536377316%26pid%3D100033%26prg%3D7839%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D151113639421%26

Montesa Cota 315R Overheating Help!
I have 2 blades missing on my fan but it still seems to work fine. Do you think I need to replace with a new one for 50 I only use the bike as hobby riding and not intensivly. The broken blades are opposite each other so I think it's balanced.

Removing Exhaust For Tig Welding
Here is the fix. The guy did a triple layer weld and it seems good. Removing the rear shock revealed bearings that hadn't seen grease in a while. Only slight play vertically, will have to replace in the future. Waiting for my trans oil elf 740 to arrive before starting but electrics seem good as when kicked over the plug is gives a good spark.

Removing Exhaust For Tig Welding
Will post a pic of the fix. Just hope the electrics will be fine

Removing Exhaust For Tig Welding
Thanks, managed to get the shock off and moved the carb to the side. Have warned the guy about the electrics so here's hoping he takes precautions. Since the exhaust is off I'll clean with parafin, I think that's correct.

Removing Exhaust For Tig Welding
Can anyone advise. Just bought a 2001 315. Engine runs well, just needs some general servicing but upon closer inspection I discovered a crack on the ali frame, which really annoyed me because the seller told me there was no damage to the frame. I suppose it`s my own fault for not removing fender and tank for closer inspection. Anyway I have a contact who can TIG weld but I`m having a problem removing the expansion box from the frame. All bolts are removed and airbox is out, just seems so tight in there. Any help is appreciated. By the way, also having a problem opening the radiator cap. any ideas? Thanks
