The old style front pipe does fit the evo 300 2013 model! Yes a slight dent is needed where it runs by the engine mount to frame bracket but that is all! Im so glad i took the gamble on this! It sounds great and has made a real difference to bottom end torq and helps mid range!

Thanks for the replys! Ive heard you should look for both front and rear suspension to go up and down at same time if you push on seat! Does this sound good? Rear shock dampening does work oulled spring off and adjust rite in to watch slow rebound and wound right out to watch fast rebound! I like how plush my frony suspension is dont want to adjust it! Abd no i havent put fresh fork oil in as bike is only 6 months old! Will do when a seal goes

Hi again everyone! Just swapped rear shock on my beta 2013 evo to a new standard one as old got damaged! Ive put spring length same as old one and screwed dampening in 1 complete turn from right out! Im certain its not performing the same! Can anyone explain to me what adjusts what as i struggle to understand dampening with preload! Basically i feel that the rear shock doesnt come up fast enough for my riding style! Like to clear rocks so i ride smooth and not into them! also i splat straight to back wheel without kicker on some rocks so really want good lift! Also im 13 stone so should i put it down to standard spring and get the white spring to help with this! Making dampening harder or softer will give me lift or less lift? Help please lol Thanks

Thanks ben! im asking these questions because wheb you look at them they state 2009-2012 so was after some advice wether tbey can be adapted! The one im buying is second hand so how would i know if it was the newer model? Pipe i mean not bike

Because the 2013 hydro frame is different! So wasnt sure wether ut came out further hence denting the front pipe closest to frame! The ? Symbol clearly shows that its a question because i wasnt sure, i wasnt stating myself wether this has to be done!

From what i witnessed on saturday at the world round is yes the observing was very inconsistant and again very harsh! At the end of the day its down to the observers discretion and there decision is final! Sometimes this may be hard for some riders to accept! My personal opinion is that the non-stop rule is the root cause for this problem! Not only causing riders to take stupid risks and causing an accident but causing confusion amongst observers. There can be a spectacular big effort ride from a top rider who derserves a 0 for entertaining the crowd but then recieve a 5 for a momentry pause despite keeping feet up! Wether anybody else agrees i dont know!

Hes made it this far through his own hard work and determination, he has great support from his family which im sure will prove to be valuable

Hi all just joined the forum, not new to trials and always meant to join earlier but never did! To cut the story short i would like to congratulate Iwan Roberts in his podium first today to take the second day win! This is an unbelievable achievement from such a great rider who always showed potiential at our local trials. Seeing Iwan grow with confidence and skill while i ride has been very exciting and im sure we have more to see yet. Not forgeting his achievement at only 16 years old and his second world round in the youth class. I hope 2014 brings bigger and better oppurtunities for the young rider to one day maybe our very own champion dominating the trials scene representing Wales as i know hes very patriotic but also england!
