Front brake is fantastic now. I had Villiers put over size linings on my shoes,can recommend using their service. Folks are too soft now! Looking for recommendations for replacement springs please.

Think 40:1 is ok.The previous owner of of my FM350 said he used 40:1.I've been using 50:1 as it says on the filler cap,but going to try 40:1 and see how she runs. Feels a bit boggy on throttle response,you have to wait for the revs to come in from tickover at the min. Changing the oil ratio also changes the fuel>air mixture.I'm going to experiment with a few ratios. Just stick to top quality oil.

If your doing the job...do it proper! strip the bike and get it shot blasted,then weld your extensions on and then get it coated.Full factory

Thanks for the reply Nick.Thats the route i was thinking,just not too sure as not done anything on drum brakes for a long time. I've found a company offering that service(think its the same one you use)just a bit unsure if i was missing something.

Hi guys, I'm having an issue with my front brake on my Fantic 200.Stops well enough,but the leaver doesn't return correctly.I think the cam is going round too far.The shoes have 4.5-5mm of lining left,so didn't think they was worn out.Got a wear lip of about 1mm on the drum lining.Looking at the angle of the leaver,I'm having to adjust too much slack out of it.Do i need over size linings? wouldn't have thought new stock linings would help much.Anyone notice any thing setup wrong.

One of these bikes in my local adds.Anyone know anything about them,can't seem to find much info,just pics! Was they reliable back in the day? Spares availability these days? Common faults.Was they a competitive bike in the day?

Hi,looking for tips on setting ignition timing on my rear kick 200 twinshock.I've been told it should be 1mm btdc.Any help would be appreciated.
