  1. thanks for the replies folks - there's something to go on there, but is there no list of grid references anywhere on t'internet? and why don't organisers provide the info with the date and stuff - might encourage new blood form the net surfing community
  2. My son and I want to spectate on a few trials to see if he fancies having a go. I keep finding trials dates on t'internet but they never give useful location info - for example http://www.motorcyclesport.org.uk/trials.htm Help - where can I find grid references or maps showing me where they are held in and around Derbyshire thanks Old Goat
  3. thanks for the replies - so, no 'made in Spain', 'Sherpa T', '350' etc. needed then? Pity I quite like the look of those.
  4. I'm restoring a 1974 Sherpa 350T to something like its former glory. It's the blue slimline tank model (125). it came to me in plain blue - minus transfers/decals. I expect Classic Transfers can supply them, but I don't know what I need, and where they should be! Does any one have any good digital photos of a similiar bike? or know a website which gives any info thanks Old Goat

    Engine Rattle

I'm new to Bultaco bikes and have just bought a 1974 Sherpa 350T. It has an engine rattle which seems to be emanating from the cylinder. I've dismantled it and whilst the piston and big end and so on appear to be a wee bit worn they are all just within the tolerances given in my Haynes manual. Is this just the 'two stroke rattle' or should I go for a rebuild?
