Hi! Went on my first trial today with my ty250 twinshock! First 10 stages was fine, after that started to bog down under load. Could it be overheating? Any ideas? cheers carl

Thinking about getting a flat slide carb for my 76 ty250 ! Can anyone tell me which works best on ty 250?

No timing marks on mine! I found tdc & marked it up best I could. I've had to retard it to get them to line up with strobe light. Still splutters on low revs !

I've just purchased electronic ignition from electrex world for my ty250! They say it needs setting up with strobe, what degree off tdc do I need for ty250? Never set timing before ?
