If I want to soften the forks up do I remove the ring that covers half the bottom hole?

The forks on my fantic 200 are betors with double pinch bolts. They are too stiff, I’ve gone down to 5 wt oil, 200ml. stripped forks down & put new x2 seals in each leg. Are there any mods I can do to damper rod to make them softer? Cheers varlo

Mine are betors, with double pinch bolts, I’ve taken them apart but the stanctions go tight in the right leg about 3 1/4 way down. Both stanctions ok in other leg !

My left 14.8mm & my right 35mm my front sprocket is fitted with the raised side to the engine

What size rear sprocket are you using? Mine is 12 / 52 runs too quick for me.

Hi, I’ve recently purchased fantic 200, the chain is being pulled to the outside of the drive sprocket ant rear sprocket is only 2mm from rear shock. Does anyone have the measurements for the rear wheel spacers as mine look like aftermarket. thank carl

Hi, I'm on outskirts of mansfield! Not too far away. I'll give yambits a call tomorrow, I spoke to a company today that makes fork tubes for just about every 70s bike apart from ty. The only reason I wanted new is because they say 3 weeks to complete, & I didn't want to be off bike that long.

I was after new, the ones I can find for ty are double price of other 70s yams
