Hi does anyone know what thread the stem bolt that holds the top yoke is.? It measures 18.5mm I'd so tried a m20x1. 5 but it's a bit tight thanks

If it helps in the boot department I have found gearne are good for lads with big calves as there straps have adjustable mountings on the boot

I have had one fitted with a little removed from the corners of the skirt so should be fine

I'm not sure if any I remember speaking to someone a while ago who said it had been done before as the gear ratios were better. I have the parts so was thinking of trying it just wondered if anyone else had done it

Anyone tried using a dt 125/175a gearbox on a ty from this I mean using the left crankcase of a ty and right crankcase of a dt so that a ty flywheel can be used I have the parts so was thinking of trying it. The only thing I can see as an issue is the selector fork supports need to be turned down a little to fit in the ty case and I would have to use each half of a crank
