I have purchased a TLR 200 approx 86, have not had enough time to research yet. I need to do the fork seals as you have recently attempted. I do not have a manual and was wondering what the Oil Charge per leg is - can you give me an idea of what yours was? Also trying to locate a manual. Steve
  3. I see on the motor housing 800cc is this the amount of oil for the gearbox??? Have done the forks as suggested with 280ml seem a bit spongy, they have Air Valves on the top of the forks should there be a air charge as well or is this an after market modification. The spacers in mine are 73.5 mm if that is of any assistance - they do not appear to be modified. Thanks for help so far guys. Steve.
  4. I have returned to riding any form of motorbike after a 20 year Recently purchased a Yamaha TY250 Air Cooled, MonoShock - the Manufacturers plate states TY250S. I need to get information Parts/Workshop Manual to be able to give it a good servoce, Engine Oil, Fork Oil etc. There does not seem to be any after market manals avialable - I have checked with Yamaha Motor Co. Can anyone assist me in this area? Steve P.S. Don't buy a bike and ride it without getting any safety gear.......stupid.
