yes to what that bloke said..rode trevor hunt the last two years over 40 modern bike. really enjoy`d it both years. its allways a tough call because it clashes with other road based events on the same day. yes it was harder in 09 than it was in 08. but i seem to remember loads of people moaning after the 08 event that it was a bit easy. it became a acu classic round in 09 and as you said you would some sections were made a bit harder for the normandale round. why try to fix what aint broke..its a good day out on the bike and would be a shame not to do it this year..
number 206 never done it before and i cant wait,,might make up for not getting into the reeth this year. never been to the Ilse of man so can any one recommend where the best place to stay. douglas i would imagine is good..looking for somewhere with a good night life..

sounds good last few years have been great. we generally start serious practicing mid june and by late july we are up to ten pints a night,, cant wait hope to see you there..
ive had three 270s all of which had problems.. now ive got a 250 and i have to say theres no going back, luckily ive had no probs what so ever with the running of the bike however one time after being a bit to enthusiastic with the pressure washer it did run a bit crap..all i did was take off the float bowl nut left the petrol on for a bit,,let i run through ,,put it back together and it ran looovely again..cant see why i used to think 270 was the way to go..its not as though im doing brit champs or world rounds..
happy with less than a 3 moulder,, i was just well chuffed to get a 3..a few 2s & 1s i and i managed 1 clean. im not one for enjoying mud n roots.. much rather ride streams, that being said bloody enjoyed it..definatly av a go next year.. really hurting today,,but with a smile..
