  1. My clutch basket appeared to have a crack/ casting flaw that ran right through the cast in markings. I ordered another off of eBay. When it arrived it had the EXACT same crack/ flaw. Right up to the rivet in the exact same place. I've been running it ever since (4 years).
  2. So if you poke a pencil in your eyes......Are you gonna want a blind class??? Lanes getting old, his vision is bound to be goin soon. Do you really want to alienate the only person who could teach you to ride blind??
  3. If the NATC accidentaly does something good, just run with that for a year or two and see where it goes. Nobody has to ride the class, and if nobody much rides it, it will go away. But it may turn out to be like the 125 nationals....er lites. They could have a round at the youth nationals. Just 125's of course. Kind of promote the class and show the kids what to shoot for.
  4. You would think the FIM (and manufacturers) would want to have four or five rounds on the north american continent to make coming here more effective. East, West, Canada, Mexico, Panama and on south to another continent. Just a happy little caravan.
  5. I'm glad to see a 125 class. Watching the world Jr's beat our best was incredible. You can be sloppy on a big bike going up something and maybe get away with it, but you can't be sloppy on a one two five. I think it will teach proper control and form, more than just putting in hours riding a bigger bike. We sure have a good crop of upcoming riders, it would seem a shame to waste them on stunt shows.
