  1. The easiest way to proceed is this:

Before mounting the right outer crankcase, hook the spring on to the lever and mount lever and spring unit on the crankcase inserting the spring's arm in its housing on the crankcase. Then mount the lever, spring and crankcase on engine.

  2. The best fix you can find for finding the neutral is locating it while the bike is still in motion. Otherwise you can improve the clutch by taking it out and using an abrasive file in the clutch basket. Almost for sure the discs have been marking its surface.

There are many options for your electronic ignition. But as I am a spanish electronic ignitions maker, my answer won't be neutral. :-)
  3. If I don't remember badly, the upper stud is the only one that is "fixed". The rest of them cross the engine and have another M7 bolt inside the primary transmission case. So you'll need to work from both sides at the same time to tighten it.

  4. Take a look under the shifter and you'll find the small screw that I mentioned before. No doubt: it is a 350. It has an absurd mod in the pegs, but it looks nice.

Here you can see Mick Andrews riding my 349/4. It is in original condition.

  5. I think it is a 350. At least, its shocks correspond to that model. But the only way to be sure is looking at the left case of the engine. The 350 had a small screw to check the oil level.

  6. The right angle is about 1 pm. This can be corrected from the outside. The easier way to do it is removing the kickstart, its spring and the outer cover. Then rotate the shaft clockwise, and once you reach its end, place the kickstart and its spring in place over the outer cover with the right angle, and then install the set carefully in the inner case.

I know it sounds strange, but otherwise you'll spend a lot of time.
