  1. Go down the head spacer , flywheel weight ,slow throttle route all good .But the thing i have found made the most difference is a packer between reed block and barrel ,it,s cheap dead easy to fit and a gasgas part and makes a massive difference (credit to lowbrow for this mod). It works by lowering crankcase compression . Try all these and you will have a bike as smooth as silk B)

  2. Hi can i make a suggestion for your dates meeting, that you look at the Western Centre's dates already confirmed.

And suggest that your Centre clubs based in the south don't clash with them,as i know lots of riders try to ride both areas.

As a western centre rider and some one who helps organize trials i find the lack of communication around dates really frustrating, and then you have the amca!dates as well . It seems we are all fighting for entries of a finite number of riders, rather than centres and clubs helping each other. This post is in no way trying to be critical of your good selves.Best of luck! :D

  3. Has any body else seen the new video of phil disney trying out the new Greeves.

Now is it just my eyes or does the rear mudguard strangely shorten it self half way through the vid.

I f so where did it go ,is it extreme weight saving or something more mysterious ?

  4. As i've already commented on another thread about this so called show i'll be brief .

Some people are easily satisfied!!. And we are all entitled to our opinions , but there's more to buying kit

than ebay or tesco. Oh yes some of us do quite a lot of organizing within the trials world. And if you don't like reading some one elses

opinion then i,m surprised your contributing to this thread.

  5. You can't buy classic bike parts at a supermarket, or did tesco start selling bikes . What a stupid argument !! .

I went there with the hope of picking something up from so called jumble , so was happy to pay to get in . But felt very let

down by the lack of stuff there. I AM NOT critisizing the trial or the sections and i,m sure the riders did have a good time.

On the whole most do every week at trials . My point is you don't PAY to watch classic trials and i would not have done

if i had known thats all there was going to be there apart from a hand full of bikes in a tent . I think this event could have

been held at any decent trials venue with out the need for admission charges , you may have had even happier riders

if they had had real sections to ride . So enough excuses the show was poor . The trial ok if slightly mickey mouse.

Now excuse me i'm of to tesco to see if they still have a couple of majesty's on the shelf . :o

  6. Now this might seem strange to all of you but, entries are very slow coming in for our trial this weekend 20.06.10. ^_^

So as i'm entry sec , and marking the trial out with a few other club members.I thought i would ask you the

riders what you want the trial to be marked out like . Langley Hill is a fantastic venue usually used later in the year,

so this weekend should be a nice change. The current intension is to steer clear of any mud, which will be different

for this venue. But you tell us if you want it muddy or not . And come on lads get your entries in or ring me up,

i promise it will be the best trial for 50 miles (tel 01242603426) All details on calender .I waiting to be told what you want for your money

see you Sunday . Mike :D

  7. Hi

I'm a member of the organizing club ,and will be out with the wife observing on a couple of sections. You obviously have a good sense of humour ,and i really look forward to seeing you both .

And i reckon you might even clean a few subs . Mind you if you leave foot boards on the c90,s you'll struggle to put your feet down at all . GO FOR IT and enjoy the day

    cheers mike :rotfl:
