My uncle is rebuilding a 200 and, apart from 3rd gear mysteriously disappearing, is only really having problems at this point with rear wheel allignment. The spacers seem to be home made and he was looking for the correct wheel spacer dimensions, specifically widths. Can anyone help me with this?

Cheers for the help guys. After getting round to hefting my self off my a*** and getting a look at the bike I found that it is a shirt front conversion, I really need to start paying attention when i shell out for these things. The rear caliper is identical to a Gas Gas item I spotted on ebay so that's cleared up.

I just bought a pinky which hasn't being used alot in the last 4 years. It has a rear disc conversion which the previous owner told me was on the bike when he bought it. Were there kits available for this conversion or was there a favourite rear wheel and disc? It currently doesn't work and i'm split between fixing or replacing it.

I wondered what the stirrup was for in there.......

Can anyone tell me the model number of the mikuni carbs you can use on the cota 200? Are there any other makes/ models you can recommend?

Cheers. Both the kickstarters work and both engines fire up but the one which had the least use and was never trialed has a bad knock. What is the best spark plugs to use? Each bike had an NGK, one being a B10EV and the other a B8ES, but either of these could have been stuck in at any time while they were sitting.

Just bought two 1981 cota 200's which have been sitting idle in a barn for a couple years and I was wondering if anyone can tell me the volume and correct type of engine oil to use? Any help will be much appreciated.
