hi, has anyone had the soles replaced on gaerne boots and can point me in the right direction for getting them done.

i`ve used simply bearing bearings (simplybearing.co.uk) in the past and their service has been very good.

give this a view http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcQq4U5ALyk i bled mine using the syringe and tube method from the bleed nipple up to the master cylinder the theory being that the air is helped on its way to the top. it worked quite easily for me and i`m not a whizz on the spanering front.

if they have the size/markings on them i think you could do worse than try http://simplybearings.co.uk i got some bearings and seals from them and the service was top drawer!

thnks for your help, i feel the cutting out problem could be related to the piston not running in the bore properly, at least that is my theory on it as it is a stall type of cut out. could this be linked to the bottom end bearings all being shot? rick i`ll get in contact when i`ve split the cases and got the crank removed if thats ok.

hi my 2003 beta rev 3 200 has deveolped a grating, grumbling noise from the bottom end of the engine then cuts out. am i right to suspect the big end / main bearings are shot or am i on the wrong track? any pointers would be gratefully received.
