No it's in good condition on the clutch side the flywheel side has been bit butchered Thow

Just regarding this topic can anybody tell me what socket size the clutch hub nut is ? I can't get the right size 28mm too big 27mm too small are they imperial sizes

So after a top end rattle noise I stripped the top end there is play in the crank large bearing top end has no play... I can get the crank kit or also I can get a full brand new crank already built up ..price is a bit hefty any advice on who could rebuild my bottom end for me ? I can rebuild the engine myself no problems but not confident in rebuilding a crank any help or suggestions where to start thanks

Update and fixed !!! I have fitted a brand new dellorto carb from euro carbs jetted and ready to fit and the bike now starts runs and rides like a new one ! Thank you for all the advise you guys ! I'll be in touch when it fooks up again which will probably be soon ?

Update ! I've ordered a brand new dellorto carb with recommend jet settings from the factory I'll let you know if that sorts it this week thanks for all your help so far

The spark is absolutely mint really good so it must be this ****ty carb

Ok so now it's ok only running on choke it cuts out after a minute here's what the plug looks like it was clean at start

I'll give it a go tomorrow thanks lads I've had a look at the old kill switch found corrosion on the wire so I'll sort that aswel ..... Just to clarify it seems to bog and stop rather than straight cut out and it does restart on choke

U mean the air vents yes there clean and clear

Spark is good and strong bit plug seems to be very wet it's an air screw type I've got it at 1 and half ISH out

Ok guys need help I cleaned and set up carb also cleaned pick up and magneto as was damp a bit and bit of rust but all clean now started bike ran awsome for 30 minutes left it few days restarted today and it's bogging and cutting out again ????? Wtf ? Getting stressed with it now plug seems to be very wet ? What else can I check

Sorted it the master cylinder was fubar so replaced it bled up straight away no issues

Thanks for the advice so the pick up unit has one clean and one is rusty I've noticed

So after the weekend trial had issues with the bike bogging and cutting out after 10 minutes of riding ......I've stripped the carb I'm gonna ultrasonic it this week but I checked the Magneto see pics some rust and damp in places is this an issue could it cause my symptoms
