  1. Use a refreshing beverage can of your choice and a sharp pair of scissors, get a piece of tube the same size as the bolt and sharpen the end. Use it as a punch to cut the inside hole, then cut the outer diameter with the scissors. You can make as many as you like to take up the slack

  2. roger soundboards already exist for model A/C reproducing the sound of any engine you desire from radials to merlins ! Graham take a look at the modern electric R/C scene, electric far outperforms the gas equivalent these days with the advent of brushless motors and Lithium Polymer batteries. There is an electric Aerial Atom that out performs a Ferrari ( on youtube somewhere), its just the range that is the problem, which isn't a problem in our sport. I think there is a market and money to be made for someone who gets the electric trial bike concept to work.

  3. Without observers you won't even get the chance of a five, I can't believe people abuse the much needed observers. Fortunately our club seems to be light hearted , after all at clubman level it is just a hobby to be enjoyed

    Three cheers for the observers

  4. Make sure there is some free play at the clutch lever allowing the master cylinder to return fully. If not the fluid from the reservior won't be able to get into the system, but may bleed in when its left which is why it works when cold. Failing that your plates may be distorting when hot.

  5. Compacts and DSLRs look very simular on paper , but in the real world they are totally different, if you take pictures of things that move you need a DSLR. I have both, the compact goes on holiday , the DSLR takes pics of my hobbies. I use a Nikon D50 and have been very happy with pictures published in various magazines. Look at what the Pros use they don't have swiveling screens etc beware of gimics, good quality pics are what count !

  6. I find the sound of dogs barking anti social and there are far more dogs owners than motorcycle owners! The dogs aren't regulated and will bark at random! not like myself who rides my trials bike in my back garden during sociable hours, its my garden and i can. However i would much rather dissapear into the wilderness and ride in the woods away from surrounding houses and people , but if i get caught I would have my bike crushed so until sense provales I will ride my two stroke ride on lawnmower that actually doesn't cut the grass in my garden where I am above the law. I am willing to pay to use a better site surely someone could produce one ?
