I was told 150ml. As this seems very little, and very different to the manual's stated 500ml (????), I measured the oil that I drained first time after buying the bike (06 Boy second hand) and 140ml came out. On this basis so far I am carefully going with 150ml but am still a little concerned / confused by the manual...surely a prompt reprint would have been in order when the manuals were first issued with such a fundamental error, if that's what it is? (The sight glass is useless so it would help to know!)

Can anyone help me with carb setup (airscrew?), engine diagrams, maintenance manual? I have got the user manual and the downloads off TrialspartsUSA (wiring diagram, airbox mod) and am aware of the thicker clutch plate mod. Thanks for any help.

My lads Gas Gas Boy suffered really bad carb icing on the 10th Jan with near freezing temps and lots of moisture / mist in the air. I was puzzled until I noticed that the carb body had gone white with frost and then realised that the conditions for internal icing would have been even worse. My 321 was fine but I was only tottering around following him...having said that it is likely to occur at lower throttle settings but I didn't notice anything.
