yeah man feel your pain,we recently lost riding at a spot near us cos of some numptys. it was a lovely little quarry the problem was we had to cross some farmers fields,which was fine for those of us that rode around the edges,until the pit bike and mx boys started using the fields as race tracks and doughnut play areas!!!! of course the farmer got the hump took regs and threatened us with the police and willful damage and wouldn't accept it wasn't us. so that ended that THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!
am sure there's plenty of lads who are very responsible but the few that aren't can do so much damage for the rest of us.
hay, does anyone know of any good places to ride in the west Yorkshire area? we ride cowm quarry in rochdale all the time and are getting stalled of it,don't mind paying if its reasonable.
cheers guys, would i be able to do that my self or would it need a pro 2 set up the carb? i can re pack the exhaust piece of p***,does that make a big difference to performance?
I've had two beta's in nearly 4 years and apart from the general maintenance never had a problem with either,i guess the only answer to "Which bike" is going to be get a gasser an see how i like it . mind you i've always thought scorpa's were good bikes..................
am toying with the idea of trading the beta 250 in and getting a gasser 300,want some more power and and fancy a change,looking at something around 06-07. dont no much about gassers so any input from those wiser than me would be much appreciated. cheers
my 06 beta 250 has started to make a "Funny" noise, when i put the revs on then snap the throttle shut it makes a metallic tinc,just once. it does it in every gear but not when i rev it with the clutch in. i know its hard to diagnose these things without hearing it but any ideas would be much appreciated.
hope i can get some advice, i currently ride a beta 250 06 but recently i've been feeling like i want more power and i've been given the option of a sherco 290 06.
thing is all i've heard about them is there a right handfull!!! Am no novice but not albert either and i fancy a change and a challenge. The lad offering me it rides a 4t 320 now so
he says its a kitten (Which i dont belive for a second!!!!) but he throws the 320 round like jarvis.

Aright guys,
does any one know the correct settings for the air screw on the mikuni,played with it in a moment of thinking i knew what i was doing..... i didn't.
feels weaker off the bottom.
any help would be much appreciated. cheers
