My clutch does this. I havnt riden my rev3 for a few weeks and rode it today after trying to get my darn brakes to work which ive been having problems with. Well i started it put it into first it jumped foward and snapped the front mudguard in two on a rock. Brilliant now i have another job to repair! Why can't things just be simple and work always?!

Just replaced the o-ring as the other one didnt seem particularly good but still nothing. I am wondering if i am bleeding it correctly. Do you know how to bleed these brakes? At the moment i am doing it by unscrewing the valve holding down the brake pedal until a consistant amount of brake fluid without air bubbles comes out and then tighten the valve back up. Any help would be useful here as i am stuck and dont have a hugh knowledge of these bikes. Thanks

I recently changed my brake pads and somehow unscrewed a bolt which split the caliper and resulted in some brake fluid leaking out the seal. Since then the brake hasnt been very resposive and barely works. I have tried bleeding etc and canot seem to work it out. I am told they shoiuld never be split. Is there any way i can fix this or is it a new caliper job as expected? If i need a new one any ideas on where i can get a cheap 2nd hand one or cheap new one? Thanks

I went to switch of my 2002 rev3 the other day using the handle bar mounted cut out switch and it would not work. Checked the wiring and all seems to be fine. I have to stop it by stalling it at the moment as no other way. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be would be appreciated. Thanks

ive had my rev3 for a few months now and have not noticed the fan coming on at all. any sugestions?

I THINK MINE IS NEAR THE REAR SHOCK CANT REMEMBER TOO MUCH THOUGH. WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU GOING TO FOR INSURANCE AS I WOULD LIKE TO GET MINE INSURED BUT CANT AS ITS NOT ROAD REGISTERED AND I CANNOT FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL DO IT FOR ME.
