Spare Wheels

Featured Replies

anybody know where i could get a cheap rear wheel for a REV 3? as the other day i was at hook woods with sam coner and my tyre came off the bead we couldnt get it back on so i was buggered for the day ;) so it made me think about getting a spare rear wheel.

Errrrrrrr

My mate tryed to get a whole back wheel for his '02 rev 3 ( with new tyre, disc, sproket ). The best price he could get was

I read somewhere that Talon make a rear wheel that is reversible. I'm sure it will cost more than I want to spend,,,but it sounds VERY helpfull. SO, I assume you just change the disc from one side to the other, and it avoids taking the tyre off when/if you want to reverse the rear tyre.

If anyone has any info/price on this wheel, I would love to know

umm..

good point dabster!! I guess I'd assumed they'd made a "somehow" quick release disc hanger or something. I've always had an overly fertile imagination. Its the bane of my life....anyway..if its 300 quid...I WONT be getting one. It definately IS better to just turn your tyre around!!!

rob...

sorry...forgot to mention. For your Rev-3 wheel....why dont you try bvm-moto

Thats where I order all my bits for my Rev 3......and they always seem...fast/professional/reasonable.
