jumbostu
Hi I normally ride older twinsocks - but I have just bought my son an 05 125 Pro. Cant fault it - its a briliant little bike other than an over noisy rattly clutch?!??! Can anyone offer any suggestions as how to cure or improve this?? I am told that it is quite normal and I do accept that it operates perfectly - but it is startin to annoy me. Any help - hints - tips would be very much appreciated before I strip it for inspection. Cheers - Stu
coxy
does it make a noise when the bike is in neutral and the clutch is out or any gear?? because if its when the bike is in neutral then my 06 bike and alot of other gassers ive heard do the exact same thing
lewis_gasgas
Common thing for the gassers not sure what it is really but the sound dissapears or quietens down when you pull the clutch in , nothing to worry about unless the clutch stops working of course... sir trial a lot
it is perfectly normal. it is the way these clutches (diaphram) work. They do rattle when the clutch is out however if it still rattles badly when the clutch is in this is not normal. hope this helps.
