lewis_gasgas Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 They dont come like that usually if you fall off and drop the bike or someone before you has it will i dont know the best way of bending them out tho i sometimes have ago at just giving it a sly nudge to move it away from the wheel sometimes.. All the gasgas bikes I have seen have the same problem, I havent done anything with mine as it hasent caused me any problems, in fact never give it any thought really, until now!! jools Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 bit of a strange idea but on my old gasser i found the top silencer bracket (on the back of the mid-box) was the problem and when they eventually all broke i had an off cut of a pair of cut down handlebars welded in its place (to an angle) and the other 2 mounts welded back on, spaced the mid-box at the top by the shock and never had the problem again for 2 years.
