I probably took on 2.5 to 3 litres of water during Wye Valley Classic trial. If I dont drink enough water through the day I get headaches, all to do with dehydration, probably drink 2 litres a day in the better weather at work anyway. Get your self a backpack. IMHO I dont think there was an issue with fumes yesterday as most sections were fairly open and airy. :thumbup:
