May 6, 200422 yr For those of you that may not be aware, American Dennis Sweeten is the lone US rider at the SSDT this year. Dennis got off to a rough start on Monday and was out of the top 100, but has since pulled himself into the top 50. Wednesday he had a very respectable 18 point day. May 15, 200422 yr I saw Dennis tonight and he was walking a little stiffly. I asked him if he was still sore from the Scottish and he said no. He was fine until he went practicing wednesday night at Kary's house. See the trials riding at Kary's must be tougher than the whole scottish six days then eh? Hmmmm. To quote my old buddy Ed C., "He must be tougher than hammered owl poop." only he didn't say poop.
