Hi Guy's,

This is the frame I have just finished to take our Tiger Cub engine.

It is based on the design of Pat Slinn's BSA frame that he built in the competition department in 1964.

Can you tell us me more about the frame? Or is there somewhere on the the web I can read more about it?

Is that an oil fill tube by the neck? But it's not Oil-in-the-frame?

How did you design it? From pictures or measurements from the original bike?

Can't wait for Number One Son to get the rest of the photos up.

Nice job so far, have you built the frame from scratch yourself?

Is this the first frame you have done? Did you make a jig, if so any pics of that please?

Is the swinging arm modified from something else or made from scratch?

Well spoted that man,

Yes the the third engine mount is made of stainless steel and is riveted with stainless Avdel rivets to to sump plate.

I have also made an head steady that fit's on to the two rocker cover bolts, as you will see later, this fits to the triangler bracket that is bronze welded to the top tube.

You know building trials bikes is a lot easier than messing with computors although I Love both. Idon't know though, seven hours to make a chain tensioner, and three hours fighting Firefox. About the same then?

Yeah, but with Firefox you probably won't loose a finger...

that looks magnificent! I have some NOS Marzocchi forks or NOS Cerianis that would look the business in that frame! PM me if you want a set
