I get it too - I usually just nip my back brake on. I'm guessing mine could be age - I reckon after nearly 5 years of use mine may be on it's last legs.

Be interesting to hear if it's age related or just a common problem.

If lever is adjusted properly, yet you still get too much creep when the lever is pulled in, it is likely your plates are warped a bit.

These things recieve a lot of abuse, and dependant upon just how much it annoys you, a fresh set of frictions and steels will keep you happy for a long time, well usually. Someone like Smage, for example, may go through a couple of clutches per year as I understand, but usually that is not the case. I do think the 125's are much harder on clutches btw. :)
