Mine's a cheapo, so I don't mind shoving it in the sink full of soapy water while I'm washing the bike, then blast it out with the power washer.

No idea what damage I'm doing to it, but it doesn't stink, and I can sweat with the best of 'em - usually with eau de curry from the previous night :rolleyes:

    I have found the perfect codpiece for the helmet washing activity, a Sherco air filter! You can clean them both at the same time!
