I know a few guys who used to buy used trials bikes in HK and take them to other places in suitcases...OK they were big suitcase, but a trials bike in about 3 suitcases is easily possible. Check it in as spare parts! ....Oh and tell yer wife you'll be using her luggage allowance too.

If you're on a one-way ticket you get a higher luggage allowance.
