I was sure I'd read something about some plastic tanks not being able to have stickers on them because it would stop air permiating through, which was the principle these tanks worked on. Not sure though. Any chance of seeing some of your custom jobs? Im just about to leave for the garage to begin stripping down...

Hi,just sold my 315,def got a plastic tank,the factory graphics are laquered in,but you can paint them or graphic how you want,the mudguards are a different matter though,you have to specify vinyl suitable for use on polypropelene otherwise it won't stick,i used a guy that did work on MX bikes :thumbup:

The only other tanks that you have difficulty putting stickers on re:breathability are the old Yamaha monoshock TYR small plastic tanks. If you put the wrong type of sticker on them, the adhesive can draw the fuel thruogh the tank wall. :thumbup:
