December 18, 200817 yr Charley , if this helps , we ride very tight technical stuff here , I use a 12 tooth crankshaft , 12 tooth countershaft and 66 tooth rear ,1st gear in most sections, went to an 8 spring clutch to eliminate slipping , cheers BC
