Does anybody know where I can some from?

Trying to revive a fantic tank.

Tried the UK distributor and outlets; no joy.

Even tried some US outlets, who aren't willing to ship.

I have used it, I'm not sure it would work too well on a Fantic tank as they have a kind of orange peel texture, it works ok on smooth plastic, all that was in the box was a fine emery cloth, wire wool and a bottle of silicon, most of the job is just elbow grease, no magic formula.

I did a RTL rear fender with it, lot of sanding until smooth, then add a silicon liquid like armour all, let dry and rub down lightly with fine wire wool, then repeat amour all and wire wool step a few times.

No it works, not for long though.
