November 4, 200421 yr Hi, I have recently (tonight) realised that I have literally no gear oil, the oil window is completly clear . I am trialing on sunday so for this weekend I am going to have to use putoline as that is all I can get hold of. Is their any particular putoline gear oil you can recommend any particular (W), fully synthetic, mineral?? Im really stuck here........ Thanks, Lloyd
November 4, 200421 yr Just whack some multigrade in for the trial, then get some proper oil in for the next one. More worrying however, is where has the oil gone to?
November 4, 200421 yr Author yeas thats what I have been thinking. There are no signs of leakage anywhere.........
November 4, 200421 yr Oil could be going anywhere if its like my Rev3. Thats my main gripe with the bike. Clutch cover gasket keeps leaking..even now I put a new one in. etc etc.,,,probably mostly down to my bad skills with a spanner though
