February 26, 201016 yr All you have to do is compress the suspension, jump up and forward while popping the clutch and throw the bike under you to the left or right. You must be commited! I suggest football pads for practice!

March 4, 201016 yr want to learn how to do 180 flick what gear should i use any advice will help form anything. start small and work up to it, use a kicker to help, if you can do a 90 flick which is not that hard, practice taking it futher as you get better at applying the technique
March 5, 201016 yr Author thanks guys, so far its cost me a rear fender and few bruises but getting better. ground is wet this time of year here in NC thats not helping. cant wait for summer, so gas gas!

Info at metrolinatrials.com There will be a great time had by all and you can hit up some of our pro caliber riders for tips on the flik ... I have a hard enough time just riding my 240 , let alone any fancy moves ! At least come out and watch , GREAT bunch of trials folks ! Glenn
