Suspension Linkage Washers

Featured Replies

I'm sure this must have been answered before...but can't seem to find it.

I have the rear linkage and swing arm apart on a 2008 125 racing and replaced the 6 needle roller bearings. I have 6 thin washers and can't remember where they go...I can see 4 on the parts list can anyone tell me where the other 2 go?....a picture would be great...many thanks!

Andy

From memory the 4 thinner ones are either side of the dog bones and between them and the mounts and the thicker 2 are for the main bolt. Best way I found was to do 1 dog bone at a time and then you did not mix them up or get them the wrong way round

the spare two go either side of the lug on the underside of the swinging arm.

not sure why they are needed as from memory the inner bush for that bearing is a top hat style bush I think.
