The question is will it be a bit wild for a trials newboy?

Raced mx and enduro for years but fancy a trialer to play on aswell as my 200 ktm

Not be competing.........i dont think :) just for playing mostly

Cheers Andy.

Hi, you can put a slow action throttle on it ( black tube available from most trials dealers ) and also a thicker base gasket and a head spacer, should calm it down quite a bit. Hope this helps.

cheers

My 2 penneth worth:

This is not a good bike for a beginner, why not get something better suited, theres plenty of choice out there.

If you have to take measures to calm the bike down so you can ride it then this is the wrong bike to start with.
