Fantic but unkown model!

Hi Guys,

i have just bought a fantic and i really cant figure out what model it is. there is no frame number as far as i can see. on the left cases it says fm237 - fantic 350 and an engine number stating with 010.here are some pics of the bike.

any ideas what model the frame and engine is? if im correct the fm237 is a 125 pro? but the fantic 350 is a 212cc?
