can anyone help me my 250 techno has a splutter through the 1st few gears and then clears through the rest ive put a new plug in any ideas anyone plz

    Check the carb needle and make sure it is instaled under the restraining plate. If it is not it will slide up as motor vibrations rise and cause the motor to sputter.
