June 29, 201115 yr I encountered what I thought was a strange wine at this years SSDT, apparently it was an energy drink? On a more serious note, I reckon the strange noise coming from your bike will be really hard to diagnose on here? Can someone you know with a bit of mechanical knowledge perhaps help you? Smokey from a cold start? Is it 2 or 4 stroke? GJ

EDITED: There is a weird whining noise coming from the bike at top speed, or near it. It sounds like if the coolant is low - but it isn't. When on "cold start" the bike is dead smokie. Any help?

June 30, 201115 yr What does coolant sound like? Copemech, find a large Concha shell and put it over your ear. I'm thinking thats the sound that coolent makes.
June 30, 201115 yr Maybe the transmission oil is too thick and its making the whining sound? Stop driving the bike at top speed and no more whining.
