guy53 Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Anybody smarter than me, I have to install a flat sprocket on a TY 250B and I don't remember ( I didn't write it down ) the tickness of the spacer I need, the one I put on my other TY seem's to be 4 mm thick. feetupfun Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Guy I can't say I'm any smarter than you but I do remember that the thickness you need for a sprocket spacer on a TY250 is the same thickness as the sprocket which from memory is 1/4" That is based on the offset of an original Yamaha dished sprocket. If you put a stock dished sprocket on a flat surface and measure the distance from the outside edge, to the flat surface, I believe it comes to 3/16" if my memory serves me.
