March 4, 201214 yr Does anyone know what the air gap should be on a 2008 280cc TXT. I've managed to download the manual and on page 11 it says 180mm and on the diagram on page 30 it says 180mm. Does anyone know which is correct.

March 4, 201214 yr If you have the Al tubed Marzocchi forks - the air gap = 160mm If you have the steel tubed Sachs forks (or pre 06 Steel Marzocchi's) - the air gap = 180mm The wall extra wall thickness of the AL tubes accounts for the height difference as both forks use the same volume of fluid.
