copemech Posted April 22, 2012 Report Share Posted April 22, 2012 (edited) I doubt it would be a sheared key on the flywheel as it fixes itself. I would think most likely culprit an ignition coil, next a CDI unit.(providing plug ok) Call Splatshop to send you some parts to swap, you can return what you do not need. Easy peasy! Never mind Chewy, he spent six months trying to make a tire too big stay on the rim! Might also try closing the plug gap down to about .015 just to see if it makes a change, as that would also indicate a weak coil.
