T350 Crank Shaft Nut And More

Hi Guy´s

just got hold of a T350 in quite origional condition for it´s age as all parts are there. It was sold as a non runner as the quite thin shaft from the Kick start knuckel where the lever turns is bent and the lever hits the frame or pegs. After straightening this a bit I looked for a spark but didnt find one.

Now having to open the casing I found that someone had welded the gear lever on its shaft (the gear change needed looking at any way because it changes but is very loose and doesnt return as it should do). I cut the weld away and got the casing off.

Now having it open I´ve found that someone has had a go it things before because the flywhel is loose and the retaining nut is missing as is the woodruf key. The threads on the crank don´t look very good and I´m not sure if I´ll get the nut on the thread. Can anyone help with what thread this is and which woodruf key is used to buy some new ones.

The gear change seems to be worn and the spring looks as if its bent, also the splines on the shaft are badly worn and due to cutting the weld off its now a bit short on one side. Has anyone got spares or can you help with advice ?
