January 17, 201313 yr hi guys im going to be replacing my 198bs air box for a new 1 i havant looked at it yet could anybody tell me is there any spacers between the box and frame?
January 19, 201313 yr Hi Bondy, do you mean where it bolts to the frame at the top of the airbox? My 198b has a replacement air box fitted, I think from Bultaco UK.
January 20, 201313 yr Author hi pigbog yes on the top i havant had chance to take the seat off. and have a look yet i need to drill all the holes out to fit it there is groovs on top where i think it needs drilling. but im not being to quick to drill holes untill i know its in the corect place. the side panel holes also need drilling the 1 i bought was from bultaco uk i bought all the new rubbers to. altho the old onces dont look to bad. the old box dosant look to bad its been patched up with plastic looks like a good job but think its got a crack on top.
