hi everyone, i recently bought back a 240 that i owned about 5 yrs ago. it needs new big end bearings, as its rattling. it also needs airbox to carb hose and basically a proper seeing to. ive got a disc front end from a latter fantic which i have cleanedup ready for fitting

now the question is what mods could i make, engine and chasis wise to improve it, since its in a million bits anyway?

i wont be competing properly just club trials, . thanks in advance

Set up properly, everything in reasonable condition, it should be fine as standard.

Spend the money on good tyres, shocks, cables, levers etc.

fantic 200 top yoke.. pull in the head angle a little lower the footpegs.. lighten the clutch..dont use the disc.. it limits its use and future value.. and lots of practice..
