Im after one. I do have some posh hub (apparently Talon????) but I just want the original wheel and hub to be honest. Anyone know where I can get one and if any other TY wheels fit? Cheers in advance

Hi Rob

You would be better having a new wheel made up around your Talon hub. The standard mono rear wheel uses Z spokes which are becoming increasingly harder and more expensive to find. Most second hand mono wheels have some degree of rim corrosion and you will probably end up having to rebuild anyway.

Good point Dougal. Just got to confirm this hub is Talon then I can set about sorting what rims match etc.

Spokes can be found at TY trials so now not a problm

Sorry to hijack the topic but is it possible to lace a tubeless rim onto a

TY mono hub? Do the Z shaped spokes cause any problems doing this?
